摘要
为了降低闸门启闭机组电机的能耗,通过人机界面实现机组的网络化控制,以西门子WINCC为控制主站,MM440变频器为从站,设计并实现了由WINCC与多台变频器组成的网络化控制系统。该系统通过485总线连接并遵从USS通用串行接口协议实现主站对任意一台从站的控制与数据交换,进而实现对闸门机组的远程控制,底层设备布线简单,操作维护方便。实验运行结果表明,系统人机界面友好,且可以满足分段调速的控制要求,运行稳定可靠,具有很强的实用性和较高的性价比。
To lower energy consumption of gate headstock gear motors and realize networked control of gears through humanmachine interface, a networked control system is designed with WINCC and multiple frequency converters with Siemens WINCC as master station and MM440 frequency converter as slave station. The system makes possible data exchanges of master station with any slave station through 485 buses and under USS protocol and thus undertake remote control of gates. Routing of plan floor equipment bears no difficulty and its operation as well as maintenance is also easy and convenient. Experimental running results prove that the whole system has friendly human-machine interface and can meet the needs of segmented speed regulation. The running of system is stable and reliable, therefore it is very feasible with high performance-price ratio.
