摘要
为了解决监控系统中过程数据的处理,通过编写WinCC的GlobalScript,提出了一种新的过程数据记录方法。将过程变量按记录时间生成日志文件和过程数据记录文件,使得对于过程数据的处理更为方便。通过自动生成的索引文件用户可以随时根据需要添加、删除记录的变量,而不需改动GlobalScript,使得该方法具有扩展性和可移植性。通过GlobalScript处理数据,使得数据采集周期由500ms缩短到250ms。该数据记录方法在实际工程应用中取得了良好效果,可以推广和移植到其他监控系统的数据记录中。
A new method of recording process data is developed by Global Script to solve the problem of recording process data and it can export process data to log files or files recording process data. This method makes it easier to process data.Users can add and delete variables in index files that appear automatically not in Global Script,which makes this method expandable and transplantable. Global Script makes the export cycle of data shorter than WinCC Archive does. This method of recording data is applied in practice and it works well. Also it can be applied to other SCADA systems to record data.
