考虑等效边界弹簧的输气管道穿越断层壳-接触有限元模型 被引量:2

摘要 利用管土相互作用理论,给出了等效边界弹簧施加在管道弹性变形和弹塑性变形范围内的本构关系。考虑地震断层作用下的管道力学行为实质,建立包含等效边界弹簧的输气管道穿越地震断层壳-接触有限元模型。同时,建立输气管道穿越地震断层的大尺寸参考有限元模型,验证所提出模型的准确性。结果表明,对于最大轴向位移及应变、管线与断层交接处的轴向位移及应变,所提出的有限元模型和参考有限元结果误差分别为2.85%,3.06%,2.94%,3.95%。当断层位移较小时,输气管道表现为局部屈曲;当断层位移较大时,输气管道表现为拉伸失效。 Using the theory of the pipe-soil interaction, the equivalent boundary spring acting on the seg- ment where the pipeline yielding occurs was derived. Considering the essence of the pipeline crossing the fault ,the shell-contact finite element model was established, where the equivalent boundary spring was contained. To validate the accuracy of the proposed model, the referred finite element model was estab- lished, having the large dimension of the model. The results show that the relative errors between the pro- posed model and the referred model are within 2.85% ,3.06% ,2.94% ,3.95% for the maximum axial displacement and strain, as well as the axial displacement and strain on the pipeline-fauh intersection. For smaller fault displacement, the local buckling is easy to occur for the pipeline ,while the tensile failure of the pipeline is prone to occur for larger fault displacement.
