摘要
为了研究页岩水平井水平段套管的受力及应力分布情况,本文利用有限元软件,分别研究模拟了套管在温度、非均匀载荷和两种因素共同作用下三种情况的应力变化情况,研究表明:温度和非均匀载荷两种因素共同作用下套管模型的应力变化与温度和非均匀载荷单独作用下的套管模型应力变化存在显著差异。套管两端受力小,中间受力大,中间套管径向截面非均匀受力,套管因应力分布不均匀而产生椭圆变形。
In order to study the stress and stress distribution of casing in horizontal section of shale horizontal well,this paper studies and simulates the stress changes of casing under three conditions of temperature,non-uniform load and two factors.The results show that the stress changes of casing model and single temperature and non-uniform load under two factors of temperature and non-uniform load.There are significant differences in the stress changes of casing model under single action.The forces on both ends of the casing are small,the forces in the middle are large,and the radial section of the middle casing is uneven.The elliptical deformation of casing is caused by the uneven stress distribution.
