一支高素质的普通话测试员队伍是可持续开展高质量普通话教育服务提供有力的保障,可依据ISO9001标准对测试员队伍建设状况进行评审,从规章制度、课程规范、后续培训、交流活动、后备人才、模拟评测系统、改革薪酬制度等方面提出能力提升建议。
A group of high-quality Putonghua examiners can ensure the sustainable development of the high quality of Putonghua education services. Based on the ISO9001 standard for the assessment of the construction status of the staff and testers, suggestions are put forward from the rules and regulations, the curriculum standard, follow-up training, exchange activities, reserve personnel, simulation evaluation and test system, reform of labor reward to enhance the ability of Putonghua examiners.
