摘要
ISO9001标准是国际通用的质量管理和控制标准,可用于教育质量测评和管控。引入ISO9001标准构建高职商务英语专业实践教学体系是"引入企业理念进行教学管理"和"教育管理标准化"的尝试。该体系中心在于构建五个模块:目标模块、内容模块、管理模块、保障模块、评价和反馈模块,运行模式为"六方五块四步三注意"。
ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management and quality control, which can be used to assess and manage the quality of education. This paper tries to construct a new set of practice teaching system for Business English major in vocational school with the help of introducing some elements from ISO9001. This new system is consisted of 5 modules, referring to goal, content, management, assurance, assessment and reflection of the practice teaching system. After the construction, this paper also elaborates the way of how it works.
