摘要
针对多台超临界机组发生的给水系统流动加速腐蚀及锅炉过热器和再热器蒸气侧氧化皮脱落问题,提出了适合于超临界机组的低氧水处理方式。当控制给水氢电导率在0.1 us/cm以下、给水PH_(25℃)在8.8~9.2,省煤器入口溶解氧量在7~15 ppb的范围时可有效解决超临界机组锅炉水汽侧腐蚀及氧化皮脱落问题。
The Flow-Accelerated Corrosion in the boiler feed-water system and the drop of steam side oxide skin in boiler super-heater and re-heater are common and urgent problem in the super-critical unit boiler,We recommend the Oxidizing All-Volatile Treatment that the value of feed-water hydrogen conductivity is under 0.1 us/cm and the PH value of feed-water is between 8.8 and 9.2 and the value of inlet concentrations of oxygen of the economizer is between 7 ppb and 15ppb as the best way to solve the problem.
