摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI三聚体)、聚己二酸1,2-丙二醇酯多元醇(PPA)、聚醚二元醇(N220)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三乙胺(TEA)等为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯的预聚体,以N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH792)在水溶液中改性处理二氧化硅(SiO_2),将其水溶液直接加入水性聚氨酯的预聚体进行乳化,使改性后SiO_2的表面带有活性氨基基团参与异氰酸酯(-NCO)反应,进行扩链。最终将二氧化硅连接到聚氨酯分子链上,形成镶嵌式二氧化硅,形成二氧化硅镶嵌聚氨酯链段的消光涂饰剂。通过FTIR、DSC、激光粒度仪、扫描电镜等设备对产品的性能进行研究,其消光度、力学性能、稳定性等结果表明:本产品具有优异的综合性能,可以作为一种新型的皮革消光涂饰剂使用。 The waterborne polyurethane (WPU) prepolymer was synthesized from isophoronediisocyanate (IPDI), hexamethylenediisocyanate (HDI) trimer, polypropylene adipate glycol (PPA), polyoxypropylene glycol (PPG), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), and triethylamine (TEA). The SiO2 was modified in water by N-(2-aminoethyl)-3- aminopropyhrimethoxysilane (KH792), and then the modified SiO2 in water was added into the WPU prepolymer to proceed emulsification as well as chain extension reaction between the NH2 group in modified-SiOz and the NCO group in WPU chain. The WPU insert with SiO2 used as matting leather finish was thus prepared by chemically linking SiO2 with WPU chain. Properties of the product were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), laser particle size analyzer, and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the product possesses superior comprehensive properties with advantages in matting efficiency, mechanical strength, and storage stability, and could be applied as a new aqueous matting finish for leather.
