摘要
以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为分散剂,采用化学沉淀法制备出一种具有多孔结构的二氧化硅消光材料。通过对反应过程各因素的控制,使获得产物的平均粒径在1.77μm左右,粒径分布窄,适合作为皮革涂饰消光材料。通过测定产物的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯吸收值(DBP)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、投射电镜(TEM)、氮吸附静态容量法(BET)比表面积及孔径等性质,对合成材料的物理性质进行了表征。
A kind of porous SiO2 was prepared by chemical precipitation. And PAM was used as the dispersant which can be used as matting materials. Through the control of reaction process, the products were made and they had a mean grain size of 1.77μm and narrow particle size distribution, so they were suitable for leather finishing. The products were determined by dibutylphthalate absorption number (DBP), infrared spectrometry (IR), x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and nitrogen adsorption static capacity method(BET).
