摘要
目的探讨人体常见氨基酸在高胆红素血症患儿体内的表达及应用价值。方法选取2015年7-12月在该院住院的55例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究组,随机选取同期正常新生儿120例为对照组,运用串联质谱技术检测分析两组对象常见氨基酸苯丙氨酸(Phe)、亮氨酸(Leu)、甲硫氨酸(Met)、苏氨酸(Thr)、色氨酸(Trp)、缬氨酸(Val)、精氨酸(Arg)、瓜氨酸(Cit)水平,统计分析其代谢含量之间的变化。结果研究组新生儿Leu、Thr、Val水平明显高于对照组,Arg、Cit水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Phe、Met、Trp水平两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高胆红素血症患儿因机体基础差,易在疾病期出现肝脏功能受损而引起氨基酸代谢缺陷,早期检测此群体氨基酸水平应用价值较高,可为临床诊疗高胆红素血症及相关疾病提供科学参考依据。
Objective To explore the expression and application value of human common amino acids in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods Fifty-five neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were selected from the hospital from July to December in 2015 as study group,and 120 normal neonates during the same period were selected as control group.Tandem mass spectrometry was used to detect and analyze the levels of common amino acid levels:phenylalanine(Phe),leucine(Leu),methionine(Met),threonine(Thr),tryptophan(Trp),valine(Val),arginine(Arg),and citrulline(Cit).The metabolic changes of the contents were analyzed statistically.Results The levels of Leu,Thr,and Val in study group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05);the levels of Arg and Cit in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P〈0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of Phe,Met,and Trp between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Amino acid metabolism disorder induced by liver dysfunction easily occurs in children with hyperbilirubinemia,the application value of early detection of amino acids is high among these children,which can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hyperbilirubinemia and related diseases.
