摘要
随着当代全球经济与技术的不断发展,越来越多的品牌核心企业将自己产品的零部件或子系统外包出去来提高企业的竞争力。如此,对供应商质量的把控就显得格外重要。六西格玛方法,这一重视流程控制的工具,可以很好地解决供应商质量管理的问题。文章在总结国内在该方面理论研究上取得成绩的基础之上,论述了在供应商质量管理中使用六西格玛管理方法的可行性与优势。
With development of global economy and technology,more and more excellent enterprises have outsourced their products parts or sub-systems to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Thus, to control the quality of the supplier has become particularly important.Six Sigma method which put emphasis on process control tools, can be a good solution to supplier quality management issues.This paper summarized the domestic achievements in the theoretical research on this basis, and discussed the feasibility and advantages of Six Sigma management method.
