摘要
精益六西格玛不仅可以提高制造企业的竞争力，银行通过实施精益六西格玛可以深层挖掘业务的潜力，通过运用精益六西格玛工具DMAIC，对A银行在营业网点的汇款业务进行数据的采集以及分析，运用科学的改进工具，使得汇款业务流程进一步优化，提高了银行顾客满意度，减小业务员的工作强度。
Lean six sigma can not only improve enterprises＇ core competitiveness,it can also develop in- ner potential of banks. A Bank is an example of implementing the Lean six sigma by using the DMAIC. It collected and analyzed the data of the bank remittance operation, and formulated scientific improve tools which made the remittance operation process more time saving and less intervals. So the Lean six sigma will help the bank reduce operating cost, improve customer satisfaction and reduce the workload.
