摘要
针对目前高层建筑玻璃幕墙引发的清洗问题,研制了一款新型高楼幕墙清洗机器人。首先,采用楼顶辅助机装置、复合清洗方式和真空吸盘吸附方式,设计了一款集移动、清洗和吸附于一体的机械式清洗装置。然后,根据高空清洗过程中存在的不安全因素,着重分析了自然风力产生的吸附安全问题,并进行了相关的数值计算,借助FLUENT软件模拟自然风环境,与经验公式计算结果进行对比,得出了吸盘尺寸的选取方案。最后,通过原型样机试验,进一步说明此机器人清洗高效、安全稳定。
In view of the present high-rise building glass curtain wall cleaning problems, a new toOl building curtain wall cleaning robot was developed. First of all, with the top of the auxiliary machine equipment, compound cleaning method and vacuum sucker adsorption method, a set of mobile, cleaning and adsorption in the integration of mechanical cleaning device was designed. Then, according to the unsafe factors, the high altitude in the process of cleaning, this paper analyzed the natural wind adsorption of security issues, did the related numerical calculation, using FLUENT software simulated natural environment, and compared with empirical formula calculation results, the suction cup size was obtained from the solution. Finally, a prototype sample test, further illustrate the high cleaning efficiency, security and stability of the robot.
