摘要
在医院信息化建设过程中,分析护理关键环节的过程质量控制及其需求,构建护理流程的信息化质控点,完成医院药品使用的全程信息化过程质量控制、输血全程的闭环信息化过程质量控制、围手术期患者全程运送的信息化过程质量控制等关键环节质控点建设。将质量控制纳入护理关键环节的操作过程,通过信息化手段形成后台数据统计,推送给管理者实时的运行情况数据,达到前馈控制和预警的效果。
The requirements and key points of nursing care quality control in key procedures were analyzed. Based on the analysis, total informatization quality control in medicine management, transfusion management, perioperative period patient transformation were carried out. With the help of information system, quality control key points were fixed in the information system of nursing care and with data mining, real time management data could be sent to the administrator to get the functions of feedforward control and early warning.
