摘要
目的：观察多向带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：对2010年3月～2014年2月我院收治股骨远端骨折患者采用多向锁定带锁髓内钉治疗。结果：17例患者均获得随访，平均随访31．5（18—35）个月。骨折全部呈骨性愈合，平均愈合时间5．8个月（4．4—22）个月。直至末次随访膝关节的HSS评分平均为86．5（56—95）分；其中优lO例，良3例，可2例，差2例，优良率为76．47％。其中2例关节评分为差，分析为2例老年患者膝关节有骨性关节炎，功能锻炼时惧怕疼痛，导致功能、疼痛、关节活动度分值较低。结论：多向锁定带锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折可以取得较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of multidirectional interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal femo- ral fractures. Methods： the patients with multidirectional locking with intramedullary nails from March 2010 to February 2014 in our hos- pital for distal femoral fractures. Results：17 cases were followed up, the average follow up of 31.5 months （ 18 -35）. All fractures were healed, the average healing time of 5.8 months （4.4 - 22 months）. Until the last follow - up of the knee joint HSS score averaged 86.5 （56 -95） ; 10 cases were excellent, good in 3 cases, 2 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent rate was 76.47%. Among them, 2 cases were poor, analysis of 2 eases of elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint, functional exercise always afraid of pain, lead to function, pain, joint activity score is low. Conclusion： the treatment of distal femoral fractures with multi direction locking intramedullary nail can achieve good therapeutic effect.
