摘要
偷窥作为一种网络时代的群体症候,既有其发生的心理机制,也有其背后存在的精神危机,乃至于制度设计上的原因。从其心理机制来看,偷窥既可能是人的被压抑欲望的无意识释放或表达,又可能是模仿与观察学习的结果,还可能是底层民众表达对社会的不满、获得心理补偿与平衡的方式。在群体性偷窥的背后,一定程度上反映出了时代的精神危机,即人对现实的逃避、自我独立性的丧失以及自我价值观的异化;同时也折射出我们的社会在制度设计上存在的某些不足。制度的完善、时代价值观的重建、市民美德的涵育、法制的健全,或许能在合理地引导和规范群体性偷窥这一社会风潮方面做出有益的尝试。
Peeping as the group symptoms in the network times, there are some psychological mechanisms, spiritual crisis of the times, and even the problems of the institutional designs for its occurrence.From the perspective of psychological mechanism, peeping may be the unconscious release or expression ofrepressed desires of human beings, and may be the results of learning by imitation and observation. It also may be a way for the public to express their dissatisfaction with society and to obtain psychological compensation and balance. Behind the group peeping, it reflects the spiritual crisis of the times, that is, people's escape from reality, the loss of self-independence and the alienation of self-values. It also reflects some deficiencies in institutional designs. The perfection of the institutions, the rebuilding of the values of the times,the cultivation of civic virtues and the improvement of the legal systems, may make a beneficial attempt to guide and regulate the social trend—group peeping.
