摘要
目的探讨叉头框蛋白Q1(FOXQ1)在人非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织中的表达水平。方法选取2011年1月至2012年1月我院病理科取得的非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织,检测FOXQ1在肿瘤组织中的表达,分析影响FOXQ1表达因素,以及探讨FOXQ1表达的临床意义。结果 FOXQ1表达阳性率为90%,FOXQ1蛋白的表达与非小细胞肺癌患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),与癌细胞的分化程度、病理类型、有无淋巴转移以及肿瘤分期有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论 FOXQ1的表达水平与患者的预后状况呈负相关性。
Objective To discuss the expression level of fork head box protein Q1 （ FOXQ1 ） in human non small cell lung cancer tumor tissue. Methods The non small cell lung cancer tumor tissue were collected from Janu- ary 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital, and the expression of Q1 in tumor tissues was detected. The expression fac- tor of influencing fork head box protein Q1 was analyzed, and the clinical significance of the expression of fork head box protein Q1 was discussed. Results The positive rate of Q1 expression was 90% , and the expression of FOXQ1 protein had no relation with their age and sex （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , but it was closely related with the degree of differentia- tion, pathological type, lymph node metastasis and tumor stage （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression level of Q1 is negatively correlated with the prognosis of patients.
