摘要
目的:总结丁书文教授治疗房性早搏临床经验,通过数据挖掘分析,论证提出的房性早搏症候群概念,挖掘其隐含信息,总结概括其独特的辨证用药规律。方法:对30例以房性早搏为主的患者进行数据统计,用SPSS 16.0及中医传承辅助平台系统进行K-均值聚类分析、主因子分析和关联规则分析。结果:房性早搏症候群是以多汗为标志的一组虚证证候。临床可分为两类:阴虚火旺,营卫失调类;气阴两虚类。第一类多用当归六黄汤治疗,第二类多用炙甘草汤合黄芪生脉散加减。结论:房性早搏症候群病理因素为气虚、阴虚,病因病机为阴虚火旺,气虚卫表不固。
Objective：Through data excavation,clinical experience of Professor DING Shuwen in the treatment of atrial premature beats was summarized,and the concept of atrial premature beats syndrome was proposed.The implicit information was excavated to summarize the unique syndrome differentiation and prescription law. Methods：Thirty patients with atrial premature beats were analyzed by K-means clustering analysis,principal factor analysis and association rule analysis with SPSS 16.0 and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System. Results：Atrial premature beats syndrome is a group of deficiency syndrome with sweating as the center,which can be divided into two categories：syndrome of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity with disharmony between nutritive and defensive stage;syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The first type can be treated by Danggui Liuhuang decoction,and the second can be treated by modified Zhigancao decoction plus Huangqi Shengmai powder. Conclusion：Pathological factors of atrial premature beats syndrome are qi deficiency and yin deficiency,and the disease mechanism is exuberant evil heat internally with qi deficiency and unconsolidated defensive qi and surface.
