摘要
目的本文对高血压合并冠心病患者采用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床价值及安全性进行分析。方法将我院2014年1月~2016年5月收治的90例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对照组予以氨氯地平单用治疗,对治疗前后血压改善情况,治疗效果以及不良反应发生率等指标进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者治疗后血压改善效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患者用药不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果显著,有效调节了患者血压,提高了治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical value and safety of the patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension by amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment. Methods In our hospital,90 cases of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease from January 2014 to May 2016,were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets for treatment,and the control group was given amlodipine treatment. Before and after treatment,the improvement of blood pressure,treatment effect and adverse reaction rate were observed and counted. Results The improvement of blood pressure in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease is significantly good. The patient＇s blood pressure is effectively adjusted,and the therapeutic effect is improved.
