摘要
目的观察比较依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片与依那普利单用治疗高血压的疗效。方法按入院顺序将92例高血压病患者,随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组依那普利和硝苯地平控释片联用;对照组依那普利单用,6周后进行疗效分析。结果治疗组血压明显下降,总有效率达97.8%;对照组总有效率达76%(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病疗效显著。
Objective Observation and comparison of enalapril combined with nifedipine GITS and enalapril treatment of hypertension alone. Methods According to the order of the 92 cases of hospitalized patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group （46 eases） and control group （46 cases）. Treatment group, enalapril and nifedipine GITS MS; control group, enalapril alone, after 6weeks treatment efficacy analysis. Results The treatment group blood pressure decreased signifieantly, the total effective rate was 97.8% ; the control group, the total effective rate was 76% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril combined with nifedipine GITS efficacy of treatment of hypertension significantly.
