高压氧结合电针治疗颅脑损伤后认知功能障碍43例 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究对比分析高压氧结合电针治疗颅脑损伤后认知功能障碍患者治疗效果。方法随机选取2015年2月—2016年2月诊治的颅脑损伤后认知功能障碍患者86例作为研究对象,分为A组和B组,两组各43例。A组采用高压氧输入治疗,B组在A组的基础上采用电针治疗,分别记录两组患者治疗后临床效果情况,并比较。结果 A组治疗后临床效果明显低于B组,P值均<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。B组治疗总有效率((95.3%)明显优于A组(74.4%),P均<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论采用高压氧结合电针治疗颅脑损伤后认知功能障碍患者,临床效果佳,值得临床应用。 Objective To study the comparative analysis of hyperbaric oxygen combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after craniocerebral injury. Methods 86 patients with cognitive dysfunction after craniocerebral injury from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects, and they were divided into group A and group B, with 43 cases in each group. Group A was treated with hyperbaric oxygen input therapy. On the basis of group A, group B used electric acupuncture. The clinical effect after treatment in both groups was recorded and compared. Results After treatment,the clinical effect of group A was lower than that of group B, P〈 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. The total effec-tive rate of the group B(95.3%) was better than that of group A(74.4%), P〈 0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cranio-cerebral injury has better clinical effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
