摘要
目的总结近年来我国食品生产企业消毒剂实际使用情况,为消毒剂的正确使用和良性发展提供参考依据。方法通过中国期刊全文数据库等检索工具,结合生产实际介绍消毒剂的使用情况,对相关文献报道进行收集、阅读、总结、评价。结果过氧乙酸、二氧化氯、季铵盐消毒液、含氯消毒剂等较为常用,从原料、生产加工、操作人员、仓储等生产环节均需适当选择合适种类的消毒剂。结论企业在选择消毒产品时要根据消毒对象的性质、区域和条件选择不同的消毒产品,以防安全隐患。
Objective Summarize the application of disinfectants in actual production enterprises in recent years, to provide the evidence for the correct use of disinfectants and some references for the benign development. Methods Using the Chinese journal full-text database retrieval tools,collect, read,summarize and evaluate literature reports related to the application disinfectants.Results Chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid, quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, and chlorine disinfectants are common used. From the ran material, production and processing, operating personnel, warehousing to other production process.the right kinds of disinfectants must be properly choosed. Conclusion Enterprises need choose disinfectants according to the nature of the object and regional conditions to prevent potential safety hazard.
