血清胸苷激酶1与腺苷脱氨酶对非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)与腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的水平及临床意义。方法收集2014年1月至2015年12月确诊100例初诊的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,检测不同时期血清TK1、ADA水平,以50例健康体检者外周血作为对照组。采用酶免疫化学发光法检测血清TK1浓度,采用速率法检测ADA浓度,分析比较惰性与侵袭性淋巴瘤、不同分期之间、化疗后完全缓解与未缓解组TK1、ADA水平以及TK1、ADA在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中检测阳性率。结果侵袭性淋巴瘤患者TK1、ADA明显高于惰性淋巴瘤患者,差异有统计学意义,惰性淋巴瘤患者TK1、ADA与健康对照组无差异;侵袭性淋巴瘤Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者TK1、ADA水平高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,未缓解组高于缓解组,差异有统计学意义。TK1、ADA同时检测以及联合LDH、β2-MG、CA125阳性率在侵袭性淋巴瘤中明显升高。结论在非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中检测胸苷激酶1、ADA水平对于判断恶性程度、肿瘤负荷评估、治疗效果评价以及预后情况有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in patients with non Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods To collect 100 cases of newly diagnosed patients with non Hodgkin lymphoma from January 2014 to December2015, detecting the serum levels of TK1 and ADA in different periods. To detect of peripheral blood of 50 cases of healthy volunteers as control group. Using the chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay method to detect serum TK1 concentration, ADA concentration was detected by rate method, analysis and comparison of the serum levels of TK1 and ADA in Indolent lymphoma and aggressive lymphoma, between different stages, complete remission after chemotherapy and non remission,the positive rate of ADA and TK1 in non Hodgkin's lymphoma. Results The serum levels of TK1 and ADA was significantly higher in patients with aggressive lymphoma than in patients with indolent lymphoma, the difference was statistically significant, The serum levels of TK1 and ADA Was no difference in patients with Indolent lymphoma and healthy volunteers, The serum levels of TK1 and ADA was higher in patients of aggressive lymphoma, with Ⅲ、Ⅳ stages than in patients with Ⅰ、Ⅱ stages, The serum levels of TK1 and ADA was higher in remission group than in non-remission group, the difference was statistically significant. The positive rate was significantly increased in invasive lymphoma,when combined detecting the serum levels of TK1、ADA、LDH、β2-MG and CA125. Conclusion To de- tect the serum levels of thymidine kinase 1 and ADA has important clinical significance, for judging the degree of malignancy, assessing of tumor load, evaluating the efficacy of treatment, and predicting prognosis in patients with non Hodgkin lymphoma.
