摘要 使用德国耶拿仪器公司Multi N/C 2100S总有机碳水质分析仪,依据《水质总有机碳的测定燃烧氧化-非分散红外吸收法》(HJ 501-2009),测定了实际水样中总有机碳含量,分析了影响结果的不确定度来源主要有标准溶液及校准系列配置、回归曲线、试样重复性试验、总有机碳水质分析仪,在此基础上对测量结果进行了不确定度评定:当TOC浓度为8.54 mg/L时,其扩展不确定度为0.24 mg/L,并根据JJF1059-2012给出了标准的表示法。上述结果可为准确测定总有机碳提供理论依据。 According to the Water quality- Determination of total organic carbon- Combustion oxidation nondispersive infrared absorption method(HJ 501--2009), wedetermined the total organic carbon (TOC) concentra- tion in real water samples and analyzed the factors that affect the determination uncertainty using the TOC water quality analytical apparatus of Multi N/C 2100S of Analytik Yena. The main factors were as follows: standard solu- tion and calibration series configuration, the regression curve, sample repeatability test, total organic carbon in water quality analyzer. Based on this, the uncertainty of measurement was evaluated and measured., the expanded uncer- tainty was 0.24 mg/L when the concentration of TOC was 8.54 mg/L according to the standard of JJF 1059--2012.The above results provided a theoretical basis for the accurate determination of total organic carbon.
