摘要
目的探讨中医温阳利水法治疗心肾综合征患者的临床效果及其作用机制。方法将120例心肾综合征随机分为2组:中医组60例给予西医常规疗法+补元养心汤治疗,西医组60例给予西医常规治疗,治疗时间均为1个月。观察2组治疗前后肾功能、心功能、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平变化情况。结果治疗后,中医组的e GFR、LVEF水平显著高于西医组(P均<0.05),胱抑素C、BUN、SCr、左心室内径、NT-pro BNP水平显著低于西医组(P均<0.05);中医组的胸闷、气喘、水肿、尿少、心悸、肢寒畏冷、倦怠乏力积分显著低于西医组(P均<0.05)。结论中医温阳利水法联合西医常规疗法治疗心肾综合征患者的临床效果显著优于西医常规疗法,具有较高的安全性。
Objective It is to explore the clinical effect of effect of Wenyang Lishui therapy on heart-kidney syndrome and its mechanism. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with heart-kindey syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups：Chinese medicine group（ n = 60） was treated with normal western medicine therapy combined with Buyuan Yangxin decoction,western medicine group（ n = 60） was treated with normal western medicine therapy. Both groups were treated for one month.The changes of renal function,heart function,level of NT-pro BNP before and after treatment in both groups were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of e GFR,LVEF in Chinese medicine group were significantly higher while the levels of Cystatin-C,BUN,SCr,left ventricular dimension and NT-pro BNP were significantly lower than that in western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）,the symptom scores of chest frowsty,asthma,edema,less urine,heart palpitations,chills and cold limb,languid in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than that in western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Wenyang Lishui therapy has good clinical effect on heart-kidney syndrome with good safety,which is better than that of normal western medicine therapy.
