摘要
企业独特的性质与结构决定了其逐利性强,正因如此,企业员工的凝聚作用主要体现在利益分配方面。思想政治工作作为一切企业的生命线,是利益分配格局下企业长治久安的必备法宝。部分企业过于重视经济发展而忽视了思想政治工作的导向、凝聚作用,致使企业的思想政治工作明显滞后于经济发展。"互联网+"时代,员工面对复杂的网络思潮及庞杂信息的不知所措感与时剧增,不过"互联网+"的发展也给企业思想政治工作带来新的方式与思路,若能顺应互联网的发展趋势,置企业思想政治工作于互联网的"风口"上,则企业思想政治工作将取得事半功倍的效果。
The unique nature and structure of the enterprise determines its profitability. Because of this, the cohesion of the enterprise staff is mainly reflected in the distribution of benefits. Ideological and political work as the lifeline of all enterprises is an essential magic weapon for the long-term stability of the enterprise under the pattern of distribution of benefits. Some enterprises attach too much importance to economic development and ignore the guidance and cohesion of ideological and political work, so that the ideological and political work of enterprises is lagging behind economic development. Employees are gaining the sense of loss facing the complicated network trends and complex information. The development of Internet＋ also brings new ideas and ways of ideological and political work of enterprises. If it can adapt to the development trend of the internet, the enterprise ideological and political work will achieve a multiplier effect.
