摘要
目的观察益气宣化方治疗过敏性鼻炎(脾气虚证)的临床疗效。方法 80例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予益气宣化方口服,对照组给与口服氯雷他定片,8周后观察临床疗效。结果两组治疗8周后症状积分较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05);组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组体征积分治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率85.00%与对照组的87.50%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗8周后血清IgE含量较治疗前均有明显改善(均P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气宣化方治疗过敏性鼻炎脾气虚证疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Xuanhua decoction on treating AR with insufficiency of spleen. Methods： 80 patients with AR were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups with 40 cases in each group respectively. Patients in treatment group were given Yiqi Xuanhua decoction while the pa- tients in control group were given loratadine tablets. The clinical efficacy in 8 weeks was observed. Results： After 8 weeks of treatment, the symptom scores in both groups were improved significantly （all P 〈 0.05） and there was no statistical difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）. The physical sign scores in both groups were improved significantly after the treatment （all P〈 0.05） and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.00% and it was 87.50% in the control group,so there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the curative effect （P〉0.05）. The total IgE concentration in serum in both groups was improved significantly after the treatment （all P〈 0.05） and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Xuanhua decoction is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with insufficiency of spleen.
