摘要 现浇连续箱梁在合龙施工时,易受相邻梁段的梁体温度影响而发生挤拉破坏,故连续梁需在合适的温度下进行合龙段施工,以确保合龙完成后梁体温度应力较小。文章以郑徐客运专线虞城特大桥跨陇海铁路中的现浇连续箱梁桥工程为例,现浇连续箱梁桥的墩身刚度较大,梁体的应力受温度变化的影响较大。因此,合龙时温度是现浇连续箱梁桥合龙工程中的关键因素,该工程针对非设计温度条件下的合龙段施工所采取的措施是先对相邻梁体进行降温,然后对合龙段进行附加水平力调整,目的是避免因温度而造成的合龙误差。 Continual box girder bridge at the time of closure construction, subject to the adjacent beam segments beam temperature ironing damage occurs, it is required for the construction of continuous beam closure section at a suitable temperature, to ensure complete closure rear beam body temperature less stress.In this paper, according to Zheng Xu Yucheng Passenger Dedicated Line Bridge across the Longhai Railway in situ continuous box girder bridge engineering, in-situ continuous box girder bridge pier shaft stiffness, stress beam is greatly influenced by temperature change, and therefore, closure temperature is situ continuous box girder bridge closure project in key measures of the project for the segment of construction-design temperatures of closure taken by the first pair of adjacent beam cooling, and then closure section for additional adjust the level of force, in order to avoid closure due to errors caused by temperature.
