摘要
介绍了在上海轨交16号线泐马河大桥工程中首次采用的墩底顶推合龙的新型V型刚构桥设计要点,在跨中合龙时通过在V型墩底施加顶推力并将墩底先铰支后固结完成体系转换,解决了大跨V型刚构桥常规跨中合龙时预加力无法有效施加给跨中梁段的困难,为V型刚构桥向大跨发展提拱了技术支持。
Design essentials of a new type V-shaped rigid frame bridge which is closured by Incremental Launching Construction Method(ILCM) are introduced, the ILCM method was applied first time in Lema River bridge,a section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 16. In the project, system conversion is accomplished by applying jacking forces on bottoms of V-shaped piers and by firstly hinging and then fixing pier bottoms during closure. So prestressing forces could be delivered to central section favorably during conventional closures of large-span V-shaped rigid frame bridges,overcame the technical problem previously. This method provided a proper technical supports to the span-increasing development of V-shaped rigid frame bridge.
