摘要
本文简评了国有企业经营者需求研究的现状,为国有企业经营者需求实证研究提供参考和启示;研究了国有企业经营者需求研究的原则,并依据该原则研究了国有企业经营者的6种主要需求:业绩需求、自我价值补偿需求、职业发展需求、权力需求、职位和生活安全需求以及声誉需求;对国有企业经营者的6种主要需求进行了问卷调查,调查问卷设计采用李克特五级量表的样式。运用调查问卷得到的数据,对国有企业经营者6种主要需求进行了探索性因子检验和验证性因子检验。检验结果表明,国有企业经营者的6种主要需求符合实际情况,具有较强的可信度,可以作为对其激励的内容。
Firstly,this article reviews the research status about the demands of state-owned enterprises operators,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the empirical research on the demands of state-owned enterprises operators.Secondly,researches the principles about the demands of state-owned enterprises operators,according to these principles,and determines six main demands of state-owned enterprises operators: achievement demand,self value compensation demand,career development demand,power demand,occupational safety and life safety demand and respect demand. Thirdly,a questionnaire survey is conducted in six main demands of state-owned enterprises operators,the questionnaire adopted Likert scale. Finally,uses thsurvey data to test the six demands of state-owned enterprises operators by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Test results show that the six main demands of state-owned enterprises operators are in line with the actual situation,with strong credibility,and can be used as the content of incentive to state-owned enterprises operators.
