摘要
以学科教学为本位是小学教育存在问题的主要根源。突破学科教学本位,回归儿童教育本位是当代小学教育改革的方向。由此需要以儿童教育为本位的小学教师,而这正是卓越小学教师之"卓越"的本意所在,也是卓越小学教师培养的着力点所在。
Subject oriented teaching is the main source for the problems in primary education. It is the direction of primary school education reform that break through subject-teaching orientation and return to children-education orientation. Therefore, it calls for the primary teachers who consider children education as the orientation. And it is the essence of the ＂excellence＂ in excellent teachers and also the focus of the cultivation of excellent primary teachers.
