摘要
对于K形管板节点在主管受弯模式下的承载能力进行试验研究和有限元分析。共完成5组节点静力试验,观察不同主管壁厚及直径的节点承载力及变形发展情况。建立4组K形管板节点有限元分析模型,分别研究主管直径、主管壁厚、节点板厚度及加载方向几个主要参数对节点受力性能的影响。对比试验和有限元结果表明,K形管板节点的受弯承载力随着主管直径的增大先增大后保持不变、随着主管壁厚的增加增大显著、与节点板厚度关系较小,并且在同等弯矩下主管与节点板交界处抗拉性能优于抗压性能。在试验和理论分析基础上,通过数值回归的方法提出了主管受弯的承载力计算式,并验证了其适用性。
The experimental research and finite element analysis were carried out for studying the flexural capacity of the tube-gusset K-joint when the main tube was bent and stressed. Specifically,the static test was carried out for totally five groups of joints in order to observe the flexural capacity and the deformation development conditions of the joints with different main tube wall thicknesses and diameters. Meanwhile,the finite element analytical models were established for four groups of tube-gusset K-joint in order to respectively research the influence of the main parameters such as main tube diameter,main tube wall thickness,gusset plate thickness and loading direction on the flexural capacity of the joints. The results of the comparison test and the finite element analysis showed that the flexural capacity of the tube-gusset K-joint was firstly increased along with the increase of the main tube diameter and then kept unchanged and was significantly increased along with the increase of the main tube wall thickness,but was slightly related to the gusset plate thickness; under the same bending moment,the tensile property of the connection part between the main tube and the gusset plate was superior to the compressive property thereof. Finally,on the basis of the tests and the theoretical analysis,the numerical regression method was adopted to propose the flexural capacity calculation formula of the main tube,and the applicability of this formula was also verified.
