摘要
设计了9个冷弯薄壁C型钢组合柱,进行单调加载试验,对其破坏模式和稳定承载力进行分析,试验参数为长细比、偏心距、节点板厚度与节点板间距.试验结果表明,试件的最终破坏模式为试件整体在弯矩作用平面内的弯曲失稳,以及试件受压侧翼缘和腹板的局部屈曲.长细比、偏心率是影响试件的承载力和刚度变化的主要因素,节点板间距和节点板厚度的影响有限.
Nine columns of cold-formed thin-walled C steel composite were tested with monotonic loading,and the failure modes and the ultimate bearing capacity were analyzed.The section shapes are double cold-formed C steel connecting with gusset plates and bolts.The slenderness ratio,eccentricity,gusset plate thickness and gusset plate spacing were used as test parameters.The results of the experiments showed that the failure modes are In-Plane flexural buckling and local buckling of the flanges and webs of the specimens under pressure.Slenderness ratio,eccentricity are the major factors that influence the bearing capacity and stiffness,while the gusset plate thickness and gusset plate spacing have no obvious impact on the bearing capacity and stiffness.
