优化介质制度提高磨矿作业质量的试验研究 被引量:11

Experimental research on optimizing grinding media regime to improve grinding performance

摘要 针对焦家金矿选矿厂磨矿产品粒度特性差和生产能力难以达产达标的问题,采用优化磨矿介质制度的方法进行提高磨矿作业质量的试验研究。结果表明:推荐介质制度m(?90)∶m(?70)∶m(?50)∶m(?40)∶m(?30)=15∶25∶20∶15∶25取得了明显优化效果;较现场介质制度,磨机-200目利用系数提高20.67%,过粗粒级+0.30 mm产率降低4.59百分点,-0.074 mm、中间易选级别0.15~0.019 mm、中间可选级别0.30~0.010 mm产率分别提高了6.62,5.89,2.97百分点,磨矿技术效率提高4.71%,为金浮选回收率的提高创造了有利条件,同时对选矿厂提高磨矿作业质量具有一定的指导意义。 In light of the poor grain size characteristics of grinding products in the gold concentrator as well as the substandard productivity of Jiaojia Gold Mine,the paper carried out experimental research to improve grinding performance by optimizing grinding media regime.The experiment results indicated that the recommended grinding media m(φ90) ∶m(φ70)∶m(φ50)∶m(φ40)∶m(φ30)=15∶25∶20∶15∶25 achieved obvious optimization effect;the-200 mesh utilization coefficient of grinding mills was increased by 20.67 %;the production rate of coarse magnitude+0.30 mm decreased by 4.59 percentage points;the production rate of-0.074 mm,easy-to-separate fraction between 0.15 mm and 0.019 mm,separatable fraction between 0.30 mm and 0.010 mm was increased by 6.62,5.89 and 2.97 percentage points respectively;technical efficiency of grinding was increased by 4.71 %.The experimental results have created favorable conditions for gold flotation improvement and has certain guidance in improving the plant performance of grinding operation.
