摘要
本文介绍了一种通过研究武山铜矿矿石力学性质确定匹配的磨机球径与球比,有效优化磨矿产品粒度特性的方法。在武山铜矿矿石普氏硬度系数均值为7.8,泊松比均值为0.224的条件下,进行推荐方案φ100:φ70:φ50:φ30=15:25:30:30和现场介质配比方案φ100:φ80:φ60:φ40=30:40:20:10的对比磨矿试验。试验结果表明,推荐方案粗级别(+0.20 mm)产率比现厂方案降低5.76%,磨矿细度(-0.074 mm)、易选级别(0.15~0.019 mm)和可选级别产率(0.20~0.010 mm)产率分别提高了11.17、7.63、3.52个百分点,达到了优化磨矿产品粒度特性的效果。
This paper introduced a method of optimizing the particle size characteristics of ball mill grinding prod-ucts in wushan by studying the ore mechanical properties to determine matched ball size and ball ratio. Comparativegrinding tests were conducted between recommended scheme(φ100 : φ70 : φ50 : φ30= 15 : 25 : 30 : 30)andplant scheme(φ100 : φ80 : φ60 : qb40 =30 : 40 : 20 : 10)under the condition that the average of protodayknovcoefficient of rock strength is 7.8 and average of passion's ratio is 0. 224. Test results showed that recommendedscheme achieved the expected performance on optimizing the grinding particle size characteristics that the yield ofcoarse size fraction( +0. 20 mm)decreased 5.76 percent points, the grinding fineness ( -0. 074 mm), the yield ofeasily selected fraction ( 0. 15 - 0. 019 mm) and selectable fraction ( 0. 20 - 0. 010 mm) increased 11.17 percentpoints,7.63 percent points and 3.52 percent points respectively.
