摘要
以6080型大型球磨机为研究对象,在特定填充率下,采用离散单元法软件EDEM研究了衬板形状对球磨机内介质运动轨迹和有用功率的影响。结合介质的运动轨迹,在保证介质降落时能有效冲击到介质区的前提下,以有用功率最大为目标计算出在球磨机适宜的转速率范围和磨矿效率最大时的3种衬板形状,并对碰撞能量的分布进行了分析。
A 6080 large ball mill served as the study object, EDEM was applied to study the influence of liner shape on motion trajectory of media in ball mill and usable power at specific filling ratio. In combination with the motion trajectory of the media and premising the media could effectively impact the media zone while it falling down, three kinds of liner shape at the maximum grinding efficiency during the proper range of rotary speed ratio of the ball mill were determined with the maximum usable power serving as the goal, and distribution of collision energy was analyzed.
