摘要
在海上风电变流器中,IGBT模块等功率器件是容易失效的部件之一。海上风电场的恶劣环境对风电变流器的可靠性提出了更高的要求。为了提高风电变流器整体的可靠性,提出了风电变流器IGBT模块的3种冗余设计方案和相应的控制策略;并对3种冗余设计方案的可靠性进行比较,得出了3种冗余设计方案均可提高风电变流器的运行可靠性的结论;最后使用度电成本的概念,分别计算了应用3种冗余设计方案的海上风电场20 a全寿命周期内的度电成本,得出了第一种冗余设计方案;即冗余一支桥臂,可以使整个海上风电场的度电成本最低的结论。这为以后风电变流器IGBT模块的冗余设计提供了参考。
IGBT modules are the key parts in the offshore wind power converters. The harsh environment of offshore wind farms was put forward higher requirements for the redundancy of converters. In order to improve the overall reliability of wind power converters,three redundant design schemes of wind power converter IGBT modules were proposed and the reliability of the three redundancy design schemes were compared. It is concluded that all the three redundant design schemes could increase the operational reliability of wind power converters; At last,the cost of energy of three redundancy design schemes were calculated for an offshore wind farm. The result shows that the first redundancy design scheme,which adds a redundant bridge arm for the converter,has the lowest cost of energy. This provides a reference for IGBT modules redundancy design in offshore wind power converters.
