摘要
介绍了基于冗余技术的热电厂烟气连续排放监测系统的设计方案,阐述其冗余设计原理以及计算机与PLC通信的实现方法,并给出数据采集程序和利用软件"看门狗"进行故障识别及自动切换的关键技术。实际运行表明,系统可以在500ms以内完成主站与从站的冗余切换,故障率减小为原来的1/3,可靠性较高。
The design scheme for redundancy-based CEMS(continuous emission monitoring system) was presented,including the principle of redundancy design and the method for communication between PLC and computer as well as the key technology of employing "watchdog" for the fault identification and the automatic switching.The application in practice shows that the redundancy switching between master and slave stations can be finished within 500s,and fault rate can be reduced to one third of the original because of its high reliability.
