人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗52例膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法方便选取2013年1月—2015年6月该院收治的52例(52膝)膝关节骨性关节炎行TKA。采用HSS评分标准对手术前后膝关节功能进行评估,采用VAS评分评估手术前后的疼痛程度。结果该组平均随访24个月(12-30个月)。膝关节疼痛得到改善,活动度也明显提高。应用HSS膝关节评分系统进行分析,优:36膝,良:12膝,可:4膝,没有差的结果。优良率92.3%。结论人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎具有显著的疗效,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of TKA on 52 knee jointosteoarthritis. Methods Convenient selection52 patients with knee osteoarthritis of 52 knees between January 2013 and June 2015, underwent total knee arthroplasty.The knee function before and afteroperation was assessed by HSS scoring criteria, and the pain degree was evaluated by VAS score. Results All the patients were followed up, with a mean of 12 months(12-30 months). Knee pain was significantly reduced or disappeared, activity of knee was obviously improved. According to HSS score, 36 knees had an excellent results; 12 knees a good result; 4 knees a fair result; and no poor result. The excellent and good rate was 92.3%. Conclusion For osteoarthritis of the knee, total kneearthroplasty has a significant curative effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
