摘要
只有掌握了备件的供应规律,才能够制订科学的备件供应方案,提高备件保障工作的科学性。考虑了影响机械备件供应的多种因素,运用偏最小二乘回归方法,解决了小样本条件下机械备件的供应预测问题。应用示例表明,偏最小二乘回归方法比传统的多元线性回归方法具有更高的预测精度。依据备件的供应规律,可以为建制单位实现备件的精确化保障提供理论依据。
Spare parts supply plan could be formulated and the work will become more scientific,only if the spare parts supply rule is acquired.Through making a analysis of some factors that affects spare parts supply,this paper applies partial least-squares regression to solve the problem of spare parts supply prediction when the sample is small.The example indicates that partial least-squares regression is much more accurate than multiple linear regression.The models provide a theoretical basis for calculating supply of spare parts scientifically and have the vital important guiding significance.
