摘要
提出了军地军械器材联储联供保障方法的概念,分析了联储联供保障方法的特征,给出了军方保障、地方保障、军地合作保障3种保障模式,为实施军械器材联储联供保障奠定了理论基础。
This paper puts forward the concept of ordance material military-civil joint stock and joint supply support,analyses its characters,and presents three support modes: military support,civil support,military-civil joint support,which lays a good foundation for implementing ordnance material military-civil joint stock and joint supply support.
