多发性硬化患者外周血S100A_8/A_9、TLR4和MMP-2表达水平的变化

摘要 目的:探讨多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)患者外周静脉血血清钙结合蛋白复合物(S100A_8/A_9)、Toll-样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)和基质金属酶蛋白2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)表达水平的变化。方法:选取MS患者16例作为MS组,健康体检者16例作为对照组。采用蛋白芯片检测法对血清样本进行检测,定量分析血清S100A_8/A_9、TLR4和MMP-2表达水平的变化。结果:MS组血清S100A_8/A_9、TLR4和MMP-2水平均高于对照组(P<0.01);MS组患者血清中上述3个指标具有明显相关性(P<0.05)。结论:MS患者血清S100A_8/A_9、TLR4和MMP-2表达上调,联合检测三者可能有助于临床MS疾病活动状态的判断。 Objective : T o investigate the clinical significance of S10〇Ag/A9 , T oll-like receptor 4 (T L R 4 ) and matrixmetalloproteinase (M M P -2) levels in peripheral venous serum of patients with multiple sclerosis (M S ). Methods: Totally 16cases of M S patients were selected as M S group, and 16 cases of healthy people as control group. T h e serum samples weredetected by protein chip detection method to quantificationally analyze the changes of serum SlOOAg/Ag,T L R 4 and M M P-2levels. Results: T h e serum of S100Ag/A9 , T L R 4 and M M P-2 levels in M S group were significantly higher than which incontrol group (P〈C0. 0 1 ) ; T h e three indicators in M S patients showed significant correlations (P〈C0. 0 5 ). Conclusions: T heexpression of SlOOAg/Ag,T L R 4 and M M P-2 in the serum of patients with clinical M S is up-regulated, suggesting that theymight be involved in the pathogenesis of MS. Combined detection of serum SlOOAg/Ag,T L R 4 and M M P-2 levels may providea new way of thinking for the diagnosis, treatment and judgment of state in clinical MS.
