摘要
对现有的高效离心通风机模型的无因次性能曲线和设计点的无因次参数进行了分析,得到流量系数随比转速的增加呈近似线性增大、压力系数随比转速的增加呈近似线性减小的统计规律。在此基础上对系列离心通风机进行了型谱规划,在10~90的比转速范围内规划和设计了20个基本模型机,并对这些模型机进行了性能试验,得到系列模型机的性能曲线。证明新系列模型布局方案合理,覆盖了规划的离心通风机参数范围。
The dimensionless performance curves and design parameters for the existing centrifugal fans with high efficiency were analyzed. It shows that with the increase of the specific rate,the flow coefficient reveals an approximately linear increase,while the pressure coefficient reveals an approximately linear decrease. Based on the results,a series planning for the centrifugal fans was made,and 20 fan models were designed in the range of 10 to 90 of the specific rate. Performance experiments were carried out on these model fans,and corresponding performance curves were also measured. It illustrates that the layout scheme of the series fans is reasonable and covers the planning range of fan parameters.
