摘要
为了更好地提高水压双缸同步控制系统的同步精度,建立了比例阀和水压缸的数学模型,对主从式、等同式、复合式三种同步控制策略下的同步误差进行理论推导,并运用MATLAB仿真软件进行动态仿真研究。通过对理论推导和仿真结果的分析比较,得出几种同步控制策略的特点,为水压同步控制系统选用控制策略提供了参考。
In order to improve the synchronous precision of water hydraulic parallel cylinders synchronous control system, the mathematic models of proportional valve and water hydraulic cylinder have been established. The synchronous error for master slave, equate type and compound type synchronous control strategy was presented, and dynamic simulation research was carried out through MATLAB. And through the analysis and comparison of theoretical and simulation results, the characteristics of the synchronous control strategies was educed, the reference for selection of the control strategy of hydraulic synchronous control system was provided.
