摘要
针对当前液压支架姿态监测方法只能对单架液压支架的运行姿态数据进行监测、不能把成组液压支架相互配合运行的相关数据进行分析,存在监测漏洞、不能及时判断出成组支架出现的故障等问题,借鉴采煤机记忆截割相关理论及实践应用方法,以灰色理论为依据提出一种监测矿用综采液压支架移架姿态的方法。该方法根据液压支架前几架移架和前几个移架循环的姿态,采用横向循环和纵向循环预测相结合的方式,对移架后的支架将出现的姿态进行预测,并将预测出的支架姿态与移架后实际存在的姿态进行对比,及时发现支架在移架操作中出现的问题,确保液压支架支护的安全。试验结果表明,该方法分析预测的数据和实际移架操作后的数据结果基本一致,证明该方法有效。
In view of the current hydraulic support attitude monitoring method can only monitor the operation attitude data of a single hydraulic support, and can′t monitor and analyze the data related to the mutual cooperation operation of groups of hydraulic supports, there are some monitoring loopholes,and can not judge the faults of groups of supports in time,used the relevant theory and practical application method of shearer memory cutting for reference, based on the grey theory, a method of monitoring the moving posture of fully mechanized mining hydraulic support was put forward. According to the posture of the first few moving frames and the first few moving cycles of the hydraulic support,the transverse cycle and longitudinal cycle prediction are combined to predict the posture of the moving frame, and the predicted posture of the support is compared with the actual posture after the moving frame, the problems of the support in the moving operation can be found in time to ensure the safety of the hydraulic support. The test results showed that the data predicted by this method was basically consistent with the data after the actual moving operation, which proves that this method is effective.
