摘要
介绍了国内外典型钢铁企业生产高品质轴承钢产品指标及装备工艺,通过超低氧含量、微量元素、碳化物偏析和非金属夹杂物等控制技术,应用出钢除渣、高碱度精炼渣系、大断面垂直连铸、大颗粒Ds夹杂物控制工艺,结合合理先进的生产流程,可以生产出能够满足高铁用高品质轴承钢,为国内相关企业产品的开发及生产工艺的改进提供参考。
The product technical specifications and manufacturing equipment technology of high- quality bearing steel are introduced for typical iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad. Through adopting control technologies such as ultra- low oxygen content,trace elements,carbide segregation and nonmetallic inclusion,the removal of slag during tapping,refinement slag system with high basicity,vertical continuous casting with heavy section and controlling technology for Ds large particles inclusion,combining with advanced and reasonable production process,the high- quality bearing steels are produced. The references are provided for improvement of production technology and development of product produced by relevant domestic enterprises.
