摘要
在石化生产中,对有害气体的检测是极其重要的。对有毒气体的检测通常采用气体扩散模型进行模拟分析,而常用气体扩散模型有高斯烟羽模型、高斯烟团模型、气体湍流模型。根据中国石化茂名分公司河西厂区的实际环境,假设发生氯气泄漏事故,运用MATLAB软件对模型进行模拟仿真,将仿真结果可视化,并通过实验检验氯气扩散的运动状况以及浓度,对三种模型进行仿真,实验结果对有毒气体检测有参考意义。
It is extremely important to detect the harmful gas during the petrochemical production,and gas diffusion simulation models are often used to complete such toxic gas detection.The most frequently-used gas diffusion models are Gaussian plume model,Gaussian puff model and Gas turbulence model.In this paper,according to the actual condition of Maoming Sinopec,Maoming Branch Factory in Hexi,MATLAB software is used to simulate the model and visualize the simulation results in an assumed chlorine leak accident,testing the chlorine diffusion movement and concentration,and comparing the three kinds of model simulation.The experimental results for the detection of toxic gases have reference significance.
