摘要
日间病房护理是根据专科疾病的护理特点、患者需求,提供一系列特殊的优质医疗、护理服务。通过分析医院内镜日间病房病床设置、医护人员配备、收治患者指征等,针对出入院管理、病房护理模式及排班、健康教育等方面提出改善措施。经过9个月实践,医院内镜中心日间病房护理管理取得初步成效,但仍需不断探索、优化内镜日间病房的护理管理模式。
The purpose of setting day-care unit is to supply high quality medical and nursing service according to the characteristic of specialist care and demands of patients. This study aims to an-alyze the status of sickbeds arrangement, staff allocation and characteristics of patients, and to provide improvement measures on admission and discharge management, nursing model and staff scheduling, and health education. After 9 months of practice, the efficacy of nursing management in day-care unit had been improved. More efforts should be paid on nursing administration pattern of day-care unit for endoscopic surgery.
