全国39家医院内镜清洗消毒质量监测结果分析 被引量:18

ANALYSIS OF THE DISINFECTION QUALITY OF ENDOSCOPE IN 39 HOSPITALS OF CHINA

摘要 目的了解消化内镜清洗消毒质量及影响因素。方法根据《全国医院感染一消毒监测方案》的要求,每季度在黑龙江、吉林、山东、河南、湖北、上海、江苏、浙江和广东共9个省市39家医院对清洗消毒后内镜进行消毒效果监测,同时记录各种影响因素。结果2007年~2012年共监测消化内镜i821条次,总体合格率808%,肠镜消毒合格率(777%)低于胃镜(822%)。胃镜手工清洗消毒、机械清洗消毒和手工加机械清洗消毒合格率分别为794%、873%和883%,差异无统计学意义;肠镜手工清洗消毒、机械清洗消毒和手工加机械清洗消毒合格率分别为59.3%、827%和764%,差异有统计学意义。结论内镜消毒合格率较低,肠镜合格率低于胃镜。 Objective To study the disinfection quality and influence factors of the endoscope. Methods According to the Chinese Nosocomial Infection Monitoring Project - Disinfection Monitoring Item, the disinfection "quality and influence factors of endoscope were surveyed quarterly from 39 hospitals of nine provinces including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong. Results From 2007 to 2012, a total of 1821 samples of endoscopes were monitored, the overall eligible rate was 80.8%. The eligible rate of enteroscope and gastroscope was 77.7% and 82.2%. The manual, mechanical, mechanical with manual disinfection eligible rate of gastroscope was 87.3%, 79.4% and 88.3% respectively, there was no statistically significant difference; The manual, mechanical, mechanical with manual disinfection eligible rate of gastroscope was 59.3%, 82.7% and 76.4% respectively, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The disinfection eligible rate is low. The eligible rate of enteroscope is lower than gastroscope.
