摘要
目的分析心理干预模式对儿科患儿生理应激状况及其家属焦虑、抑郁情绪的缓解作用。方法 80例儿科患儿按入院顺序分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予心理干预。观察2组患儿护理前后的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、心率、收缩压,及患儿家属抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果护理后,2组患儿VAS评分、心率、收缩压均较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,2组患儿家属SDS、SAS评分均较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预模式用于儿科患儿护理中,能有效缓解生理应激状态,消除家属的不良情绪。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention model on the physi-ological stress of pediatric patients and negative emotion of their family members. Methods A total of80 cases of pediatric patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group in the order of admission, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care, and the psychological intervention model was carried out in the study group. The visual analogue scale (VAS) , heart rate and systolic pressure of pediatric patients were observed. The negative emotion of their family members was assessed by self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). Results The score of VAS, heart rate and systolic pressure were decreased in both of two groups after nursing intervention, and were lower in the study group than those of controls, with signifi-cant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The SDS and SAS score of parents were decreased in both two groups af-ter intervention, and were lower in the study group than those of controls, with significant difference (P 〈0. 05) . Conclusion psychological intervention pattern is effective to alleviate the physiological stress of pediatric patients and to eliminate the negative emotions of their parents.
